Refund Policy
Refunds and corrections are governed by this published Refund Policy and applicable law. Duplicate charges and verified payment or access failures will be corrected.
Digital access
Paid access costs ₹999 total for 12 months. It is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal. Digital access begins immediately after the payment is captured and verified.
When we will investigate and correct a problem
Contact us if you experience:
- a duplicate charge for the same intended purchase;
- a verified payment failure where money was debited but no valid payment was completed;
- a verified access failure where a captured, eligible payment did not activate the purchased access;
- another issue for which a correction, refund, or remedy is required by applicable law.
We may ask for the account email, payment date, amount, Razorpay payment or order reference, and evidence needed to check the transaction. Do not email card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords, OTPs, bank credentials, or other payment credentials.
How requests are assessed
We review each request using our payment records and, where needed, information from Razorpay or the relevant bank or payment provider. A request is not automatically approved merely because access was used or an account was deleted, and account deletion does not itself create a refund. Nothing in this Policy limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Approved refunds and corrections
An approved refund is normally sent to the original payment method through the payment processor. Bank and provider processing times can vary. Where the correct remedy is access recovery rather than a refund, we will restore the purchased access after verification.
Request support
Email support@builtnotborn.in with a concise description of the issue and the non-secret transaction reference. We aim to acknowledge the request within 48 hours and resolve it as soon as the provider evidence permits.
